Car dealer survey says Toyota reigns over all

Recently, the National Association of Automobile Dealers, better known as NADA, conducted and studied a survey. And the results indicated that the top three spots were dominated by Toyota Motor Corporation brands. Topping the list was the luxury brand Lexus. It was then followed by the other brand run by Toyota, Scion, and is then followed by the Toyota brand. This study was conducted to see which brands in the United States gave their customers the best dealer satisfaction. And Lexus took home an average score of 96 points, which is pretty high.

The aforementioned survey carried out by NADA was carried out at the beginning of this year, during the months of January and February. The survey contained questions in which respondents and car dealers were asked to give their ratings on the satisfaction of the car manufacturers they represented. It included questions about satisfaction with the products they marketed, from cars and vehicles to Toyota auto parts and everything in between. Ratings ranged from zero to a total of 100 points.

Asian automakers also performed well in the satisfaction rating study. In fact, after Toyota, other Asian brands followed the list. Honda Motor Corporation’s Acura brand ranked third. Hyundai Motor Corporation came in fourth place, while Nissan Motor Corporation made its way to fifth place.

While this was the case, American automakers found their brands very low on the list. General Motors Corporation’s Hummer and Cadillac brands only averaged 71.2 in satisfaction. In fact, even Daimler Chrysler AG brands scored much lower. Jeep took 71.2 points. Chrysler scored a measly 70.8. Even Mercedes Benz could only find about 70.5 points to own. It is not even surprising to find Ford behind the brands with a rating of 63.7 points.
