Saint George at Ascot there is a driving school and a day school for girls aged 11 to 18. Founded in 1877 Boys’ Prep School, with 41 students, this school was the school that Winston Churchill attended at the tender age of seven. It became a girls’ school in 1904 when Miss Pakenham-Walsh opened it as a finishing school.
