1. sex
2. Smile (for example, in worries)
3. Listen (eg music, others around)
4. Watch and forget about making money
5. Believe in yourself (for example, also in the supreme power, the beauty of nature)
6. Respect (for example, women or men)
7. Be like a child.

1. sex

Sex gives pleasure. Very often, it is the human mind among their male counterparts that thinks about sex. Especially, when in solitude or loneliness. Medical experts believe that sexual exercise will burn calories to produce health benefits. The more you make love, the better for your health.

2. Smile

The smile is a motivating cause of happiness that can be manifested voluntarily or involuntarily. We may have differences in culture, political system, lifestyles, country, religion and land, but one thing remains the same, “smile”. Smile especially in worries, when you are alone. When you think more worries are coming your way. The root cause of all your worries will be gone a long time ago, once we start smiling at ourselves. Look at the problems but don’t forget to smile. The simple quote would be: “A smile a day will keep the doctor away.”

3.Listen

Most things change over time. For example, music has a common language. Music is “the harmony of the spheres”, it will bring happiness by inextricably intertwining in our life. As all our concepts and ideas are internal images, music is eternal harmony in our lives. The others around mean, those who want to speak listen to them. By understanding the philosophy of the people around us, we can become good listeners. If I were a God, this is what I would like to say: “Sometimes, I can listen to all those who are not even close to me. Just listening to their hearts full of worries.”

4. Watch and forget about making money

Spiritual God, Gautama Buddha has done much of the work of the Observations. His quotes on the Observation will explain everything on this subject. “Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything simply because on the authority of your teachers and Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that something is in accordance with reason and leads to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live by it.” The human being can be completely satisfied if he can stop thinking about the techniques to earn money. It is what he affirmed, “Little is enough to be satisfied and the desire to want more money can be one more setback”.

5. Believe in yourself

Always remember, it’s not who you are that will stop you, it’s who you think you’re not. Vincent Van Gogh said: “If you hear a voice inside you that says ‘you cannot paint,’ then paint and that voice will be silenced.” Therefore, the most important motivating factor to be alive is to believe in yourself and your abilities. Once I was about to die, but I stopped only because I wanted to make the most of myself and conquer myself. One must believe in the ultimate power and beauty of nature because in difficult times, when you feel down and low, when there is shadow of darkness searching for light, just close your eyes and pray. All your prayers and wishes will be heard.

6.Respect

Respect could be defined as a manifestation of a human quality or behavior that does not come from influence but from inner instincts. A single gesture, word and expression can result in great respect for those around you. If you are a man, respect the woman and vice versa. What is the reason to do it? Simply because respect will give you pleasure and make you happy.

7. Be like a child

Einstein said: “All my discoveries and inventions are due to the fact that I stayed to be like a child.” This quote is absolutely true. The child’s insatiable curiosity can lead to great inventions, he can perform even greater miracles. Most of the time, we hear the question that if God exists, why is he not visible?

The author recommends, look at the beauty and innocence of the child and you must see the miracles of God.
