how to lose face fat

Burning fat from just one part of the body is simply not possible. Likewise, when you gain weight, it doesn’t accumulate in just one part of your body. When you gain weight, you’ll notice your cheeks get plumper, your faces get rounder, and you may get that slight extra roll under your chin. And the only way to get rid of unwanted fat on your face is through a healthy diet and exercise.

To lose weight, you will need to eat fewer calories than you expend. And that probably means eating fewer carbs and fats than you’re used to. But don’t worry, it really isn’t that hard to eat a healthy diet consistently and not feel hungry all the time.

You can determine how many calories you spend every day based on your age and height. There are simple charts you can use that will give you the answer. Eating less than that amount will force your body to lose weight. Your body needs to burn energy to survive, and if you’re not going to give it enough food, it’s going to have to get it from somewhere. Why not let it use the fat reserves of your face?

The composition of an overall diet should consist of approximately 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein (lean meat, poultry, fish), and 20% healthy unsaturated fats (flax seed oil, avocado, fish oil) .

Along with a healthy diet, you can speed up the fat burning process with exercise. It is certainly possible to lose weight through diet alone, but combining exercise with a healthy diet will greatly increase the rate at which you lose weight, and you will look and feel much healthier!

Try to aim for some type of exercise, either aerobic or resistance or both, 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes or more each day. This will burn calories and raise your metabolism to optimal levels to burn some important fat…even while you’re at rest! Strength training will also help burn fat by building muscle – stronger muscles require more energy, and that means more fat needs to be burned.

Below are some exercises that should help you lose face fat by strengthening your facial muscles. You can use a mirror to make sure you are doing them correctly.

The areas around your eyes

Close your eyes and relax. Look up and then down as far as you can. Then repeat that 10 times. Then, keeping your eyes closed, stretch your brows up as far as you can, hold for a count of 5. Then relax and repeat the brow lift 5 times. Now open your eyes, look up and then look down (your head should remain still). Do that 10 times, then do the same thing looking left and right 10 times.

frown

He frowns and tries to tighten his eyebrows over his eyes. Next, raise your eyebrows as high as you can with your eyes as wide as possible. Do that 5 times. Then lie on your back on the bed and hang your head over the edge. Raise your eyebrows as high as you can with your eyes open as wide as possible again. Relax and then repeat that 10 times. Then sit down and knit your brows over your eyes, pinch your nose up while trying to flare your nostrils, and hold for 10 seconds. Relax and then repeat 5 times!

stick out your tongue

Stick out the tip of the tongue and suck on the cheeks. Hold that expression for a few seconds and then relax. Then push your lower lip over your upper lip and try to touch your nose (with your lower lip). While smiling as widely as possible, try to touch the tip of your nose with your tongue.

These exercises may seem silly, but they work the muscles of the face vigorously. And working any muscle will burn calories and fat. Although losing weight takes time to notice results, if you follow a plan you will achieve the look you want.
